Effective for Products Purchased From Phillips Hog Solutions

This 1-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Phillips Hog Solutions (“PHS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and applies to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of qualifying PHS products.

PHS warrants that all metal components and welded structural parts of its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

During the Warranty Period, PHS will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective part,
   
• Replace the defective part with a new or refurbished equivalent, or
   
• Refund the purchase price of the affected component if repair or replacement is not commercially feasible.
   

The remedy selected by PHS shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available under this Warranty.

This Warranty applies only to metal and welded structural parts.
It expressly does not cover:

All electrical parts, wiring, motors, sensors, switches, or any electrically powered components are excluded.

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
   
• Improper installation or maintenance
   
• Accidents or impacts
   
• Exposure to corrosive conditions or failure to perform routine care
   
• Use outside intended agricultural applications
   

Any product or component that has been altered, modified, tampered with, or repaired by any person not authorized by PHS is not covered.
Such actions void this Warranty in its entirety.

Surface wear, cosmetic imperfections, discoloration, rust from inadequate maintenance, and other normal material degradation are not covered.

This Warranty does not cover:

• Labor charges
   
• Freight or transportation costs
   
• Loss of use or downtime
   
• Incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
   

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• PHS’s total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the covered product or component.
   
• PHS shall not be liable for damages arising from installation, removal, or unauthorized repair attempts.
   
• No dealer, agent, distributor, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or make any representation inconsistent with this Warranty.
   

Some Texas laws may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental damages; in such cases, the above limitations may not apply, and Purchasers may have additional rights.

To obtain Warranty service, the Purchaser must contact PHS and provide:

1. Product identification (model, serial number if applicable)
    
2. Detailed description of the defect or failure
    
3. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or purchase order)
    

PHS will provide instructions regarding inspection, shipment, or repair procedures.
No warranty service will be performed without prior authorization from PHS.
Returned products without authorization may be refused.

But we don’t stop at just one month. If your trap hasn’t caught hogs during that first month, we’ll extend your service at no cost until you see results. We’re committed to making sure your system is working properly and that you know how to use it with confidence.

Once you’ve successfully caught hogs and are comfortable with the system, the camera plan is just $5/month, and you can take over from there.
